Terms of Service

musicpromo.bid ("the Service") sells promotional placement on a public leaderboard. By submitting a listing or completing a payment you agree to these terms and the Rules. These terms are governed by their English version; translations are provided as a courtesy.

• What you're buying. A payment buys advertising placement on the MusicPromo chart, a live, publicly ranked board, at the position your total bid commands. Position is not guaranteed to persist: any other participant may outbid you at any time. That is the product working as designed. All placements remain live regardless of subsequent bids. Rank position may change; your listing does not expire, and every payer receives the placement purchased.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, including when you are outbid, when you change your mind, or when your listing moves boards. The only exception: if we remove a listing for a reason other than a rule or legal violation, we refund the amounts paid on it.
• Your content. You represent that you own, control, or are authorized to promote the music you list, and you grant us the right to display its title, artwork, and metadata on the Service and in promotional material about the chart.
• Removals. We may remove any listing that violates the Rules or applicable law, without refund. We may suspend the Service for maintenance at any time; brief downtime does not extend or refund placements.
• Public data. Bids, ranks, timestamps, and click counts are public by design and may remain in archives (including the Daily charts) after a listing is removed.
• No warranty. The Service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days before a claim.
• Promo credits and marketing consent. Promotional credits (including the free signup credit) are one per person, single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may carry an expiry date. By claiming a credit you consent to receive marketing emails from musicpromo.bid about the chart, and - if you provide a phone number - occasional text messages (message and data rates may apply). You can withdraw consent any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or "STOP" to any text; withdrawing consent doesn't affect credits already redeemed. We may void credits obtained through duplicate or fraudulent signups.
• Referral program. Referral rewards are chart credits, not cash, issued only when a referred person makes their first paid bid. One reward per referred person; self-referrals don't qualify. Handles appear on the public leaderboard. We may disable referrers and void unredeemed rewards for abuse, and may change or end the program at any time (credits already issued stay valid until they expire).
• Copyright. Notices to dmca@musicpromo.bid. We act on valid takedown notices promptly and may terminate repeat infringers.
